Erectile Dysfunction or Impotence is a condition when a man cannot have an erection during sex or cannot have an erection long enough to finish having sex. This dysfunction can occur at any age but is most common in those above 65 years but there is no hard and fast rule about older men getting this dysfunction.

Medical problems that could be a cause for this dysfunction are diabetes, hypertension, atherosclerosis or the hardening of arteries. Also alcohol and the usage of tobacco, fatigue, brain or spinal cord injuries, hypogonadism which eventually leads to lower testosterone levels, liver or kidney failure, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, radiation therapy to the testicles and stroke are some of the physical causes.

Some of the other medical problems that can lead to Erectile Dysfunction, if they are not controlled, are blood sugar and blood pressure. A hormonal imbalance, certain kinds of medication, smoking and drug abuse are also some of the common causes.

Yet another aspect could be your relationship with your sexual partner but therapy for this is both available and curative. The therapy is most beneficial when both partners go together, find the solution and work together with affection and understanding. This helps to remove a lot of the anxiety or stress that had built up as a result of this condition.

There are certain feelings that can lead to this medical condition: a feeling of nervousness due to a bad experience or a previous incidence of impotence, stress due to work or family affairs, a troubled relationship with your partner, depression or self consciousness and believing your partner is not happy or has negative feelings towards you. To diagnose this, the Doctor will examine you and question you. Certain tests like a blood sample, urine test may be done along with any other test the Doctor requires.

The Doctor decides the course of medicines and he may suggest Cialis. Cialis or tadalafil tablets are often suggested for this condition as it takes effect quickly, allowing you to have normal responses with your partner. Cialis is, however, to be taken strictly under medical supervision only. Cialis is available online so you can buy Cialis right from home!

So there is nothing to worry about as all the help you require is available once you decide to get treated. Now, where's that Doctor?!
