PermaLink FAQ

How long does it take to get my link?

Once you reply to the confirmation email, your link request will be reviewed within 24 hours. If your link is accepted, you'll receive a PayPal payment request for $10, sent to the email you entered when you requested your PermaLink.

Why would a link not be accepted?

If the destinat web site or web page is not relevant to the article page you requested to place your link on, your link request won't be approved. Any web site or web page deemed inappropriate sites will not be approved.

Can I edit an existing link?

No. All links are permanent. You can request your link (or any other link) be removed if the web site is no longer active. If you flag a link as non-functional, FreeArticleHQ will review it and, if it is non-functional, remove it from the site.

Is my link really permanent?

As long as your link works, it will remain on the FreeArticleHQ.

Can I track clicks on my link?

Your link on FreeArticleHQ is direct. This means it doesn't pass through any sort of redirection script or counter. As such, FreeArticleHQ doesn't track clicks. Your web host may provide traffic statistics, or you could get a commercial application that does traffic tracking.
